This complaint concerns a persistent abuse of the communal lawns or 'greenspace' to the front of my property (162 High Street Lye Village DY9 8LT) and to the front of the offender's habitation (Philip 'Frothy' Bradley - 157 High Street) - the Service Area, from the given list, is possibly "Trees, Hedges or Verges" and also involve "Anti-Social Behaviour". On 1st December 2020 I called DCPlus (at 8:30) and complained, again, of damage to the communal front lawn - a 'Natalie' said that the matter would be "escalated" to the manager. As no response had been received, I reminded the Council of the issue and sent in a photograph of the 'vandalism', on 15th December, with the message, "No feedback has been received regarding my request for aid and solutions concerning the damage to the lawns at the front of my 'suite of apartments', bordering the High Street, brought about by the habits of Frothy's dog at 157; I have attached a photograph which clearly shows, in my browser, even without magnification, some parts, adjacent the slabbing, that are 'without growth'." I notice this morning that the lawns are in a dreadful state - assuming that Frothy is aware of the abuse, shouldn't 'e be prosecuted for criminal damage? His revolting pet is 'ardly necessary, after all! Yes, the Borough has just joined the Nation in a new Lockdown, and this will have consequences for staffing, with some officials having to juggle work and children, at home, but this period can also provide opportunities - a time to remind the citizens of this hateful dog-run that there are consequences, sometimes fatal, to anti-social behaviour and focussing on the environment, shared by all, will assist us in compliance with any Covid-19 restrictions. Partly as an aside, the air-waves are this morning carrying a story concerning domestic abuse (of which I am also a victim) and "non-fatal strangulation"; I am, of course, in favour of capital punishment with a previously-expressed view that Frothy and his folk should be shot, cleanly and quickly, for "outraging public decency" by toileting their dogs in public - but wouldn't death by hanging represent a 'greener' despatch?
